Shipping and delivery policy
Chat Sumo sells digital content only. Nothing is shipped to you, there are no shipping or delivery charges, and it is available wherever our payment providers accept payments.
How you receive it
- Your cards unlock in your browser, on the device you paid on, as soon as the payment is confirmed. This usually takes a few seconds.
- Some UPI and bank payments take a minute or two to confirm. The page checks automatically, and you can also tap “Check payment”.
- You can save each unlocked card as an image on your device.
If your cards don’t unlock
If your payment went through but your cards are still locked after 30 minutes, write to support@simplysealabs.com with the payment ID from your receipt (it starts with “pay_”). We reply within 3 working days and either unlock your cards or refund you under our refund policy.
